The country houses, converted barns and manor houses of Chipping Campden, Burford, Bourton, Stow and the surrounding villages are the settings for some of the finest private entertaining in England. He arrives ahead of the guests, prepares everything from scratch using the finest available seasonal produce — and, wherever possible, the best of what the local area offers — and runs the kitchen for the duration of the stay. You are the host throughout.

Andrés Ribera is a London-based private chef with over 14 years of experience across some of the world's most prestigious kitchens — including Nobu — and some of New York's most celebrated restaurants. Originally from Spain and now based in London, Andrés has cooked for royals, foreign heads of state, award-winning musicians and film directors.
His approach in a private home is rooted in one principle: the food should be remarkable and the service should feel effortless. Guests notice the quality on the plate, while everything behind the scenes is handled with calm precision. That is precisely the point.
Andrés works with a small number of country house clients at any one time, which means his full attention is always available to yours.
