Originally from Spain, now based in London, his career has taken him through some of the world's most prestigious kitchens — including Nobu — sharpening a culinary philosophy rooted in classical technique, bold flavour, and deep respect for provenance.

Skilled in Mediterranean, Japanese, Middle Eastern and plant-based cuisine, Andrés accommodates a wide range of dietary needs with the same level of precision and creativity. He has cooked for royals, actors, prime ministers, film directors, professional footballers and influential CEOs across the UK, Europe and beyond — always with absolute discretion, calm professionalism, and the same commitment: that every meal should feel like it was made for no one else.
