Most of Andrés's work is based in London. For a small number of clients each year, he travels — to villas, estates and private residences where the occasion demands someone who does not need to be briefed on what excellence looks like.

Each international engagement is considered individually: the nature of the work, the duration, the household, the cuisine. If it is the right fit, Andrés brings exactly the same standard he applies in London — menus built from the finest local produce, service that disappears, and food that holds the room.

Each arrangement begins with a proper conversation and proceeds at the right pace. Andrés works with a small number of international clients each year — not because of capacity, but because each engagement deserves that kind of attention.

A London-based private chef with over 14 years of experience across some of the world's most prestigious kitchens — including Nobu — and celebrated restaurants across the United States and Europe. Originally from Spain, he brings a European sensibility to every table: seasonal, considered, unhurried.

He has cooked for royals, heads of state, film directors, professional athletes and influential figures across the UK, Europe and beyond — always with absolute discretion and the same commitment: that every meal should feel like it was made for no one else.
