Each international engagement is considered individually: the nature of the work, the duration, the household, the cuisine. A London-based private chef with over 14 years of experience across some of the world's most prestigious kitchens — including Nobu — and celebrated restaurants across the United States and Europe. Originally from Spain, he brings a European sensibility to every table: seasonal, considered, unhurried.
He has cooked for royals, heads of state, film directors, professional athletes and influential figures across the UK, Europe and beyond — always with absolute discretion and the same commitment: that every meal should feel like it was made for no one else.
