Andres Ribera is a London-based private chef with over 14 years of experience across some of the world's most celebrated kitchens, including Nobu. Originally from Spain, his cooking is rooted in European technique with a deep understanding of how to adapt to the produce, the climate and the culture of each destination.

In Miami, Andres's menus draw on the city's extraordinary winter produce — Florida stone crabs, Gulf yellowtail, tropical fruit, Caribbean influences — treated with the same respect for provenance and technique he applies in every kitchen he enters. The cooking is relaxed in feel, precise in execution.

Andres is based in London and travels to Miami for select winter engagements. These are typically seasonal retainers or extended event-led stays. Each arrangement is considered individually.
Absolutely. The majority of Miami engagements involve outdoor entertaining — terrace dinners, pool-side lunches, waterfront gatherings. Andres plans menus specifically for the format, the space and the climate, ensuring service runs smoothly regardless of setting.
Yes. All engagements are treated as entirely private. Andres does not discuss clients, homes, occasions or guest lists. NDAs are available on request and treated as standard.
