Andrés Ribera is a London-based private chef with over 14 years of experience across some of the world's most celebrated kitchens — including Nobu and celebrated restaurants in New York. Originally from Spain, he brings a European precision to every table: seasonal produce, considered technique, nothing unnecessary on the plate.
In New York, Andrés's cooking is culturally fluent — aware of the city's relationship with food, its design sensibility, and the particular way it entertains. The food feels right for the room because it was made that way.
