He adapts entirely to the layout and character of your kitchen and dining space, and is equally comfortable in a beautifully equipped chef's kitchen and a well-loved family one.
  • Absolutely. Andrés cooks intimate suppers for two as readily as seated dinners for twenty-two. The menu, format and pace of service are all adapted to your guest list and the space available. For larger gatherings, additional service staff can be arranged on request.
