Richmond · Private Chef
Bespoke private dining for Richmond's most considered homes — from a long garden lunch on a summer Saturday to a winter dinner party for twelve in a house overlooking the Park. Seasonal, considered, completely effortless.
Private Chef · Richmond
The broad streets above the Hill with views across to the Surrey Hills, the elegant houses along the river in Petersham, the proximity to the Park that makes a Saturday morning feel genuinely different from anywhere else in the capital — these are not things people live in Richmond despite. They are the reasons they are here.
Entertaining in Richmond has its own character. It is generous and relaxed rather than formal, but the standards are not lower for that. A long garden lunch in summer, a big family Sunday roast that runs into the afternoon, a dinner party for the best twelve people in your address book — these are occasions where the quality of the food matters enormously, and where the effort required to produce it should be invisible.
Andrés brings to Richmond the same precision and commitment he brings to every private home, adapted to the rhythm and character of a weekend here. The garden gets the same attention as the dining room. The Sunday lunch gets the same care as the formal dinner. You do not need to think about any of it.
Services
The definitive Richmond occasion. A long summer lunch in the garden — twelve to twenty-four guests, a menu that celebrates the season's finest, and service that makes the afternoon feel entirely effortless. Andrés manages the full outdoor setup: produce, preparation, cooking, service and clean-down. You remain the host throughout.
Enquire →Richmond's households tend to gather at Sunday lunch — family, close friends, perhaps a few neighbours. A relaxed but genuinely excellent meal: a roast built with the best available meat and seasonal accompaniments, or a menu that takes the season somewhere more interesting. Unhurried, unpretentious, exceptional.
Enquire →When the garden is exchanged for the dining room and the season calls for game, root vegetables and warming stocks, the Richmond dinner party comes into its own. Andrés designs menus that honour the time of year — technically accomplished, deeply seasonal, and precisely right for the occasion and the room.
